A persistent itch plagued one of dermatologist Norman's patients for nearly a year with no relief or obvious cause. After numerous unexplained tests and sudden weight loss, Norman recommended she visit her ob-gyn for a Pap smear. The patient had contracted cervical cancer, causing odd, seemingly unrelated symptoms.
